BIOGRAPHY

Origin & Directives

"There is immense POWER when a group of people with similar interests get together to work toward the same goal"

THE FOUNDATION

Rooted In Power, centered in strength. The title & focus of a powerful duo of dynamic emcees, producers & indie hip hop artists MrGrippz of Hollywood, FL & Joshua Dunn of Tiffin, OH. Forging the team & brand after 15 years of solid business at a distance through collaborative work, they are now fully invested into the RIP movement. That movement consists of only two directions - forwards & upwards. Evolution, enlightenment, & progression are the foundation of everything being built.

The "Side By Side" era marks our inaugural physical rollout—a fully realized synchronization of idealogy, discipline and vision toward the future.

CORE PHILOSOPHY

The Roots

INTEGRITY

At the root of everything that stems from this brand, integrity is the soil from where we build. The basis of our essence is ingrained in who we are.

RECTITUDE

Living your life aligned with reasoning & justice, without wavering in the face of opposition. Having the inner strength to stay solid in our principles defines us.

LOYALTY

Complete commitment to honor the values we live by, the words we speak, & the choices we make in this life. Without loyalty - everything else crumbles to ash.
